ONLINE CHILDBIRTH CLASSES NOW AVAILABLE

Esali Birth’s standard classes are catered towards both the mother and father providing a vast array of infomormation over a 10-week course structure (2 hrs, 1 time a week) to ensure that each couple is provided with plenty of time to develop questions, gain answers, and feel confident in their choices and forthcoming events.  Classes are kept small (~5 couples) to increase interaction and ease in the ability of answering questions.  Additionally, Esali Birth is NOT affiliated with any hospital or medical practice, and therefore, is not restricted on the content we are allowed to provide.  We structure our classes so that couples are informed of routines and have the resources available to make informed decisions.

Fathers are highly recommended to attend; however, if they are unable to be present, we strongly encourage bringing a partner that will be providing asistance both during labor/birth and the postpartum period.  Below is a summarized outline of the information you will be provided with during your course. Local students are also granted access to the online Labor & Birth Overview seminar available at our online campus (see details below).

Esali Reunion
Because family and friends are so important, we invite couples back for a reunion.  It is always nice to be able to share birth stories, and interact with people experiencing the same things.  Typically, we schedule the reunions 6 weeks after the birth of the last child to allow adequate time for healing and adjustment with your new family during the postpartum period.

Additional Course Options

Primaparous Single Sessions – $25/ea.
If you have given birth before and only want refreshed on a few topics, you’re welcome to pick and choose classes from the 10-Week Standard Series to attend. If you can attend a full 10-week series, we strongly suggest the full course for optimal information as the full series goes more in-depth and allows additional time to gain confidence and understanding of normal birth. Students attending two or more classes will also receive access to the online Labor & Birth Overview at no additional charge.

3-Day Workshop – $75
*Scheduled as Needed
These shortened 3-hour-3-day workshops provide the basics in a format suitable for those who need a lot of information in little time. Class 1 covers pregnancy issues including care providers, nutrition, exercise, and relaxation techniques. Class 2 covers labor and birth, touching on aspects such as birth locations and interventions, as well as laboring and pushing techniques. Class 3 covers variations/complications and pospartum issues such as breastfeeding as well as allows time for a labor rehearsal and questions/answers and discussion. If you can attend a full 10-week series, we strongly suggest the full course for optimal information as the 3-day course does not allow much time to cover all recommended topics or go in-depth on each subject. Students are also given access to the online Labor & Birth Overview at no additional charge.

Online Classes – ( More Coming Soon!!!)
Labor & Birth Online Overview – $10 – Click to Enroll
The Labor & Birth Overview is a short seminar developed as a suppliment to any standard course – especially any hospital course, as a refresher course, or for someone who is unable to attend a full course. Thes is included with the 3-Day and 10-Week local courses.

10-Week Online Series – $100 (Under Development)
The online classes follow the same 10-week structure as the standard classes; however, for the modern age, some couples may not be able to attend a local class, on a scheduled date.  Because childbirth education is so important, we want to be sure we reach everyone we can.  You can enroll any time in this self-paced course with guideance through e-mail with the instructor if needed.  Access to the 10-Week Online Series is included in the Local Standard Course tuition.

Note: All courses are priced per couple.
